As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships with potential residents and their families, showcasing the unique offerings of our retirement community, and facilitating the move-in process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery to understand the needs of prospects.
• Lead guided tours for prospective residents and family members.
• Maintain tour readiness by regularly inspecting the building and model apartments.
• Coordinate and execute sales and marketing activities through various channels.
• Utilize Sherpa to manage prospect database and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the community.

Requirements

• A passion for sales and customer service.
• Preferred two years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Bachelor's degree is desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
