Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations and providing exceptional customer service. As part of the ALDI team, you will contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers and work collaboratively with your team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, assist customers in their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory levels, report product issues, and assist in store inventory counts.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
