Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By working collaboratively and providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maintain product displays.
• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
