Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively
• Report inventory issues and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
