Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and maintain the store's appearance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies, perform cash register operations, and handle inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate store equipment.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
