Store Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with a top-notch shopping experience. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Full-Time Position

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and collaboratively
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
