Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products following company guidelines.
• Operate cash register and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Assist with inventory management and monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
