Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at ALDI.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
