Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks such as stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Work in collaboration with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management by participating in stock counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
