Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provides an exceptional shopping experience for customers. As a key member of the store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
  • Operate equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
