Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
