Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with the team and effectively communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies, uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
