Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform store duties following ALDI guidelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
