Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in inventory management according to guidelines.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Ability to handle equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
