Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Able to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
