Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. From stocking shelves to providing top-notch customer service, you will be an integral part of our team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ALDI team to maintain a well-organized store.
• Provide outstanding customer service while cashiering and restocking products.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for a secure and efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
