Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills while providing exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
Requirements
- 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
