Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a well-organized store environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures on cash handling and security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
