Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's efficiency and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
