Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides a great shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
