Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring the shelves are stocked with quality merchandise. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Capable of following safety procedures and company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
