Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. competencies
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Report product issues and assist with inventory management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
