Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking, and cashiering activities.
• Collaborating with team members and management.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Inventory management and store upkeep.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and cleaning equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
