Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with your team members.

Position Type

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures and policies.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Able to use store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
