Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As part of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Process customer purchases and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
