Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience a plus
