Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a tidy store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and working collaboratively with team members.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
