Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Type

Full-Time - 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide outstanding customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
