Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with team members and management to maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
