Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of our store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain tidy merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
