Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization by stocking products and performing general cleaning duties.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing their inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
