Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, the products are stocked, and customers receive outstanding service. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and report any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
