Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains its presentation and delivers exceptional customer service. From stocking shelves to operating the cash register, your contributions will directly impact the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to company standards.
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain a clean sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory and adhering to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in handling store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent skills.
