Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure it looks its best.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
