Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's operations. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking product, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
