Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Position Type:

Full-Time

Salary:

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Handle customer purchases, stocking, and cleaning duties.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory to management.
• Adhere to cash policies, conduct store inventories, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail experience is a plus.
