Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the required competencies and professional skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support customer shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
