Join our team at Aldi as a Store Team Member to contribute to the exceptional customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will handle merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide top-notch customer service and ensure the store looks impeccable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with shopping, communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Manage inventory counts, follow cash policies, and adhere to company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks like stocking merchandise and operating store equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficient cash register operation and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, uphold company standards, and handle alcoholic beverages if required.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
