Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will play a critical part in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail environment and cash register operation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
