Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and products are neatly displayed. You'll collaborate with a supportive team and work in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures.
• Operate equipment such as a cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber safely and effectively.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register with accuracy.
• Capable of performing physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
