Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to operate a cash register and other necessary store equipment
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
