1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. This position offers up to $25.00 per hour and includes responsibilities such as efficiently fulfilling orders for stores, organizing and loading merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
