1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI, a leading company in the industry. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, relocate merchandise, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties, cooperate with team members, and provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, follow company policies, and maintain warehouse standards.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and strive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
