1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employees at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. The 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products and communicate quality and safety concerns.
• Act independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare it for deliveries.
• Engage in various physical activities throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
