1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting wage ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock efficiently and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and inspect products.
• Act independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Operate equipment and follow safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
