Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi, offering competitive starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management for effective communication.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Independently execute assigned tasks to meet company standards.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to ergonomic guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drive for success, efficient organizing skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and basic arithmetic skills.
