1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). The 1st Shift begins at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and load/unload shipments.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively with warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in varied temperatures and environments.
