1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, with 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
