Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store activities, developing operational plans, and fostering team growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify and provide training opportunities for team members.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
