Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day store activities, developing operational action plans, and supervising the store team. You will contribute to ensuring the overall performance of the store while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to the team to achieve desired results.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and suggest adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
• Maintain inventory procedures, product quality, and store cleanliness standards.
• Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the store team.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience with management experience preferred.
